Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the Kenyan market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand clients needs and requirements and propose suitable products/services to meet their needs.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and sales contracts to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends market developments and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities pipeline and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and delivery of products/services.

- Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development sales or related roles.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated targetdriven and resultsoriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Swahili is required; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
