Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management:
- Oversee and manage the daytoday operations of JABAs services including guided tours 4x4 adventures water sports and other experiences.
- Ensure all activities are delivered to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of activities staff and equipment.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit train and manage a team of operations staff guides and service providers.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure clear communication among team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve staff productivity and morale.
- Customer Experience:
- Maintain a customerfirst approach by ensuring exceptional guest experiences in all activities.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Resource Management:
- Monitor and manage the use of JABAowned assets including vehicles boats and equipment.
- Ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations safety standards and licensing requirements.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols for all activities and facilities.
- Reporting and Budgeting:
- Prepare regular operational reports for the General Manager detailing KPIs challenges and improvements.
- Manage the operational budget and contribute to cost optimization without compromising service quality.
- Collaboration and Partnerships:
- Coordinate with external service providers vendors and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Build relationships with local stakeholders to enhance JABA s presence in Yanbu.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Tourism Management or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in operations management preferably in the tourism or hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with safety standards and local regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management tools.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
- A valid driver s license.
