We’re seeking a seasoned and dynamic Human Resources (HR) professional to play a pivotal role in the delivery of RX’s People Strategy. Key aspects of include the fostering of a positive work culture, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, championing a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and excellence.
In this role, you’ll partner with business leaders to develop effective workforce plans, provide strategic guidance, act as a trusted advisor to your colleagues, and monitor and assess the organisational climate.
You’ll also champion RX’s FRESH values, coach leaders to excel, and contribute towards creating a thriving workplace that attracts and retains top talent.
Experience navigating and managing Employee Relations matters are central to the role including handling employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate resolutions.
This role presents the unique opportunity to influence company culture beyond ordering pizza for meetings.
Business Relationship Management
Building Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business partners, clients, and stakeholders to ensure mutual trust and collaboration.
Client/Partner Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and ensuring that both parties are aligned in their goals.
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or concerns that arise between the company and its partners, finding solutions that benefit both parties.
Strategic Partnership Development
Identifying Opportunities: Analyze the market and identify potential business partners who align with the company's goals, values, and business strategy.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations on partnership terms, ensuring that both the company and the partner achieve favorable outcomes in terms of value, pricing, and deliverables.
Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for growing existing partnerships and forging new partnerships to drive revenue, market expansion, or innovation.
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, including 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
Central to your success in this role will be your in-depth expertise and understanding of HR best practices and Saudi Arabian Labor Laws. HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM will be viewed favourably.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Partner Performance: Monitor and assess the performance of business partnerships based on key metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, or service delivery.
Regular Reporting: Provide regular reports to leadership on the status and performance of business partnerships, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Feedback Loops: Collect feedback from partners and clients to ensure continuous improvement in the partnership and address any areas of concern.
Contract and Agreement Management
Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with business partners, ensuring that agreements are beneficial to both parties and legally sound.
Contract Compliance: Ensure that all parties adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in partnership agreements, addressing any non-compliance issues as they arise.
