Job Purpose: Generating monitoring and promoting sales in retail.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer related:
1. Evaluate or Identify products availability in the respective retail outlets through liaising with promoters and to get sell out reports educating them on promotional offers etc.
2. Negotiate and generate orders and for implementation of monthly promotional offers if any.
3. Maintaining healthy relationship with retailers through daily visiting solving their queries if any and meeting their requirements.
4. Order forecast based on the sellout report and stock report received from retailers. Monitoring each store product sellout and keeping daily track of inventory levels through promoters and interacting with them on daily basis to motivate and maximize sales.
5. Maintaining a fill rate for the assigned accounts storewise.
6. Continuously engaging with the brand promoters for the market intelligence input
Business related:
1. Identifying Competitors pricing promotional activities and addressing the same to the higher management.
Operations related:
1. Sales Operations (Processing quotations orders maintaining customer database account reconciliation payment collection delivery updates Processing returns for DOA materials cancelled orders) and Demand Planning.
2. Credit note follow up by coordinating with the internal and external stakeholders.
3. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Implementing Promotional offers
