Job Description

Manage order processing: Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders from start to finish.

Coordinate with production warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery of products.

Track inventory levels and report shortages to maintain smooth operations.

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address orderrelated inquiries and resolve issues.

Maintain accurate records of orders shipments and inventory in the ERP or fulfillment system.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order management and delivery.

Continuously monitor and optimize the fulfillment process to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements

Proven experience in order fulfillment logistics or a similar role.

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high accuracy levels.
