About the Job:
The Business Development and Marketing Executive will drive growth by identifying business opportunities building client relationships and executing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive creative and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Identifying target audience and prospective clients to grow our email list
Communicating with clients making outbound calls to potential clients and following up on leads
Understanding client s needs and identifying sales opportunities
Designing and implementing email marketing and leadgeneration strategies
Drafting email templates and business proposals
Upgrading email templates using personalization and other features
Creating email databases for lead generation
Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through coldcalling and emailing
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their retention and growth
Participating in networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital social media email etc.)
Assist in content creation for websites social media and promotional materials
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Requirements/Skills:
Excellent written and verbal skills
Understanding of CRM is a huge plus
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Management or any other relevant field
