You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe purpose of this role is to generate signed terms and conditions on instructions for our Rating services through the identification of opportunities generation of sales meetings with prospective clients and to ensure that the contracts are established run and managed to a high standard. The role will be largely telephonebased with some attendance at sales calls/meetings and will also require a large element of selfgenerated lead sourcing. To reflect the importance of the consultative selling methods of Colliers International we provide a good basic salary with a realistic and uncapped commission and team bonus structure
Qualifications :
Strong consultative selling experience.
Relationship building skills.
Persistent yet professional telephone manner.
Experience of working to targets.
Lead sourcing identification and qualification experience.
Attention to detail.
Sales background ideally within a property/real estate function or professional services sector.
Experience of working with a CRM system ideally Sales Force.
