Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding:
- Identify and engage with freelance architects architecture firms and interior design studios to onboard them onto the platform.
- Provide detailed explanations of the platform s features benefits and opportunities to potential clients.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain longterm highimpact relationships with onboarded clients to ensure sustained engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries ensuring timely resolutions and a seamless experience.
- Revenue Growth:
- Drive new and repeat business by effectively pitching the platforms offerings to clients and advertisers.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Analysis:
- Keep abreast of industry trends competitors and market dynamics to create winning proposals and pricing strategies.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and leverage insights to differentiate the platform.
- Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Handle complex contract negotiations with multiple clients simultaneously ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Ensure all agreements are aligned with company policies and objectives.
- Outreach Campaigns:
- Execute outreach campaigns including LinkedIn outreach cold calling inperson meetings and walkins to connect with prospective clients.
- Leverage networking and interpersonal skills to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and share insights for platform improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions proposals and contracts for regular reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience and Skills:
- Prior experience in Sales Marketing or other Business Development roles is required.
- Handson experience in conducting outreach campaigns including LinkedIn outreach cold calling and inperson meetings.
- Proficiency in negotiating and closing deals with a proven ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with the MS Office Suite (Excel Word) for reporting and presentation purposes.
- Strong communication presentation collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Personal Attributes:
- Proactive selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a clientcentric approach.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- FieldOriented Role:
- This role requires extensive travel to client offices and other locations as needed.
