Job Description :
A) Project Management:
Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Communicate project status progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Implement best practices in project management and product development.
B) Product Management:
Define and manage the product roadmap for a diverse portfolio of financial products including Mutual Funds PMS Insurance Brokerage and AIF.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
Develop product strategies and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing legal and compliance to develop and launch products.
Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch including product
C) Software Management:
Oversee the development implementation and maintenance of financial software solutions including Mutual Fund Software like Investwell and RedVision.
Collaborate with software development teams to ensure software solutions meet product specifications and market demands.
Manage software projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Implement best practices in software development including agile methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
Ensure software solutions are scalable secure and maintainable.
Monitor software performance conduct regular reviews and implement improvements as needed.
