Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Can handle discussion related to personnel human relations and workrelated problems that adversely affect morale health and productivity
- Evaluate and resolve human relations labor relations and workrelated problems and meets with management to determine appropriate action
- Explain and provide advice to employees about company and governmental rules regulations and procedures and need for compliance
- Attends conferences and meetings as employeemanagement liaison to facilitate communication between Employees and Management
- Demonstrates maturity dependability and integrity through appropriate handling of sensitive and confidential information
- Audit and examine records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Attend hearings and other issues concerning DOLE and NLRC. Weekly Monthly and Yearly report
- Performs other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in human resources or other related course
- At least solid 1 year of experience in handling Employee Relations
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
- Knowledgeable in Policy Making and Process Creations
- Good in reports related to Employee Relations (PPT file Excel etc.)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; strong analytical skills
- Very good in written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good problemsolving ability
- Can handle pressure
- Can work in Ortigas (Hybrid setup)
- CAN START ASAP
