Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

PartTime 20 hrs/week
MF Flexible between 5am11am ET (6:00 PM to 12:00 AM Manila Time)

Responsibilities

  • Package and format educational lesson plans designed for children
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy and clarity
  • Design visually interesting and easytofollow lesson plans
  • Organize educational materials efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with the business owner to understand project requirements
  • Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines


Requirements

  • Strong written English and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and Google Docs.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creativity in design and layout.
  • Experience with educational content creation (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and deliver tasks efficiently.
