Job Description
This is a remote position.
- CRM/AMS Expertise: Leverage a deep understanding of CRM/AMS systems integrations and workflows to ensure the platform operates and connects efficiently.
- Platform Configuration: Manage platform settings including primary contacts optin/out preferences flags supplier relationships and integrations to align with client needs.
- Technical ProblemSolving: Identify and resolve code or configuration issues escalating when necessary to maintain system integrity.
- Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis reporting and troubleshooting systemrelated tasks.
- System Improvements: As needed collaborate with the product team to identify and implement enhancements based on technical requirements and client feedback.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure all technical configurations and system relationships are accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of various CRM administration experience especially implementation
- Strong understanding of CRM/AMS systems and data integration points
- Data analysis and reporting abilities
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and system configuration issues
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and technical tasks
