- Create and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn)
- Develop and execute strategic paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms Google Ads and YouTube
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments across all social channels ensuring highquality customer service
- Track and analyze social media metrics and advertising performance to optimize campaigns
- Schedule and coordinate content publication to maintain consistent brand presence
- Collaborate with the team to align social media strategy with overall marketing goals
- Stay current with social media trends and platform updates to maximize engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms professionally
- Demonstrated expertise in social media advertising and Google Ads
- Strong customer service skills with excellent written communication
- Ability to work independently during US business hours
- Proficient in social media management and scheduling tools
