Job Description
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough online research to identify independent coffee shops and cafes in target cities
Manage and update a CRM database (Google Sheets) with detailed information about potential partner cafes
Categorize coffee drinks and menu items according to predefined categories within the app s structure
Input comprehensive cafe details into the app s backend through an admin portal
Assist the sales team with CRM updates and management as needed
Support the creation of demo versions of cafes within the app for sales presentations
Requirements:
Proficiency in Google Sheets and data entry
Strong online research skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of information accurately
Basic understanding of specialty coffee drinks and terminology
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Scope:
Research and compile information for cafes in 5 principal cities expanding nationwide
Manage CRM data for hundreds of potential partner cafes
Input detailed cafe information including menus business hours and contact details into the app s backend
Categorize various coffee drinks into 11 predefined categories within the app
Support sales team efforts to onboard new cafe partners
Monday to Friday anywhere between 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific time (20 hours per week)
