LOOKING FOR PHILIPPINES CITIZENS

Position : Marketing Coordinator

Working Schedule : 8AM 5PM EST

Salary Range : $1000 $1300 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: VP Marketing
Department: Marketing

Role Purpose:
The Marketing Coordinator is a support role focused on executing key marketing and administrative tasks to elevate our brand and drive demand within the ondemand transit software industry. This role is essential in building presentations updating the website managing content coordinating events conducting social media campaigns supporting writing efforts assisting in product marketing and driving demand generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Execution: Implement social media plans by posting content reviewing engagement metrics and tracking analytics to optimize performance.
  • Building Decks: Create compelling and visually appealing presentations to support internal and external communications.
  • Website Management: Update and maintain the company website to ensure content is current relevant and engaging.
  • Content Creation & Writing: Support the creation of written content including blog posts newsletters and marketing materials tailored to different tones and voices as needed.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive demand and achieve business objectives.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product marketing manager to create marketing collateral using provided product value propositions.

Key Competencies:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field with a preference for backgrounds in technology or software marketing.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides and the rest of the Google Suite
  • Proficiency in graphic design software especially Figma
  • Experience in updating and managing websites through a content management tool
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to write in different tones and voices tailored to various audiences and platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and a processdriven mindset with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing multiple tasks and projects.
