Position : Marketing Research Associate
Working Schedule : 8AM 5PM EST
Salary Range : $1000$1300/ month (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

A cuttingedge influencer marketing platform that connects brands with influencers for impactful marketing campaigns. We seek a Marketing Research Associate to support our business development efforts by generating leads conducting market research and managing our lead database.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Research Associate (MRA) will be responsible for identifying potential leads conducting thorough market research and managing our database to ensure a steady pipeline for the sales and business development teams. Proficiency in tools such as Lusha Salesforce and Salesloft is essential for this role. The MRA will work closely with the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) Account Executives (AEs) and Director of Sales to qualify leads and provide insights that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify potential leads through diverse methods including online research databases and social media channels.
- Leverage tools like Lusha to gather verified contact information for qualified prospects.
- Data Collection:
- Collect and verify contact information and other relevant data to ensure accuracy in our lead database.
- Use Salesforce to manage and organize lead information.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities within the industry.
- Provide insights and reports on market trends to support the sales strategy.
- Database Management:
- Regularly update and maintain the lead database ensuring data is accurate complete and uptodate.
- Optimize database management processes using Salesforce.
- Report Generation:
- Generate comprehensive reports on lead generation activities market research findings and other relevant metrics.
- Use Salesloft to track and analyze outreach effectiveness.
- Trend Analysis:
- Analyze market trends to provide insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Work with the marketing team to identify areas for campaign optimization based on these insights.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with the BDRs and AEs to ensure that leads are qualified tracked and handed off efficiently for followup.
- Support Activities:
- Assist with other marketing and sales support activities as needed including content creation event planning and campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 1 years in a similar role with a focus on lead generation market research or database management.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Lusha Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills particularly with sales and marketing teams.
