Job Description
- Provide general legal support to the business operations of the Company in close collaboration with the global legal team and the business.
- Draft a broad range of customer contracts relevant to the industry and support templates regular reviews.
- Drive standardization and processes optimization.
- Perform analysis on customer contracts for management info and control.
- Support developing and delivering awareness trainings.
- Maintain documents repository always uptodate.
Qualifications :
- A law degree from a reputable university.
- Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing is a plus.
- Possess at least 2years postqualification experience ideally gained in a reputable law firm and /or as inhouse counsel.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to details.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word including the ability to create edit and format documents efficiently.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Experience in software and/or banking industry.
