Daily Operations:
- Processing of Orders & Inquiries
- Releasing of Orders
- Order Management/ Tracking Inquiry
- Handling of calls and emails for Price and Availability
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Coordination with Planners Product Manager and other support 90%
Customer Satisfaction/ Experience:
- Communication for updates (ETA etc.)
- Invoice Release
- Back Orders
- Documentation (CRM)
Qualifications :
- At least 6 months to 1 year working experience in customer support with preferably with OTC SAP and/or CRM background
- A degree in Automotive or any Business related course
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Strong attention to details quality conscious and resultdriven
- Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Ability to multitask and to work with minimal supervision
- Above average computer and analytical skills
- Amenable to work onsite
