Were looking for a Marketing Executive to drive our daytoday marketing operations and bring our campaigns to life across multiple channels. This is a handson role where youll coordinate key initiatives manage crucial relationships and ensure our marketing machine runs efficiently. If youre someone with a get up and go attitude who enjoys being busy and thrives in fastpaced environments this role is for you.
Your mission
Your mission is to ensure that Grantifys marketing operations run seamlessly. From managing campaigns and coordinating with creative agencies to maintaining organised assets and systems your role is to bring efficiency and structure to everything we do in marketing. Youll also support campaigns that showcase Grantifys AIdriven funding solutions and help us continue to grow as a trusted global leader.

Your Background
- Proven experience in marketing operations or coordination roles.
- Experience or understanding of content creation digital marketing or social media is highly desirable.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient with marketing platforms and comfortable learning new tools.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams clients and external partners.
- A natural problemsolver who anticipates challenges and finds practical solutions.
- Bonus: Experience with event marketing and/or partnerships.

Hiring Process
- Screening Interview with a member of our Talent team (30mins)
- Initial Interview with the Hiring Manager (30mins)
- A takehome Task that is timed to 1hour
- Final Interview with the Hiring Manager and Head of Marketing (45mins)
