Position : Executive Assistant

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST(Full Remote)
Pay Range : (Final offer will be depends in your performance) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Executive Assistant to support the VP of Grocery at bestbrands.com. This role requires exceptional process management skills email and calendar management expertise and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Email Management: Organize and maintain the VP’s calendar schedule meetings and manage email correspondence.
- Process Coordination: Track and oversee workflow processes to ensure timely execution of key tasks.
- Communication & Documentation: Draft and edit correspondence reports and presentations as needed.
- Task Prioritization: Manage priorities deadlines and followups to ensure efficiency in daily operations.
- Data Management: Maintain and update records using FileMaker Pro and Lion ERP systems.
- Vendor & Client Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams suppliers and key business partners.
- General Administrative Support: Assist with travel arrangements expense reporting and other adhoc tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational time management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems (FileMaker Pro and Lion ERP systems preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience in consumer goods retail or ecommerce is a plus.
