Job Title: FrontEnd Web Developer
Work Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time)
Compensation: $1100 $1500 USD/month (with significant growth potential)

What You’ll Do
As our FrontEnd Web Developer you will play a critical role in designing and delivering highquality websites for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Website Development: Build responsive visually stunning websites using Webflow as the primary platform.
Collaborative Design: Partner with our marketing and operations teams to craft userfriendly designs optimized for conversions and accessibility.
Custom Enhancements: Implement advanced features and ensure originality in every project making each website stand out in the Alpha portfolio.
Website Maintenance: Perform updates and improvements to existing client websites to ensure consistent functionality and optimization.
Quality Assurance: Test websites thoroughly for responsiveness functionality and crossbrowser compatibility before launch.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Webflow Experience (Preferred): Prior experience building websites in Webflow is a significant advantage.
FrontEnd Development Expertise: Strong proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Attention to Detail: A commitment to pixelperfect responsive designs that work flawlessly across devices.
Time Management: Capable of meeting tight deadlines with a typical project turnaround of 812 business days.
ProblemSolving Abilities: Resourceful in troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions independently.
Links to your portfolio or examples of your work (Webflow projects) is a big plus!
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Understanding of CRM tools and marketing integration.
Basic design skills to complement your development expertise.
