Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly detailoriented and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support order processing operations at bestbrands.com. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order fulfillment accurate data entry and seamless coordination between internal teams. While there is no direct customer interaction the CSR will play a vital role in handling orders routing them to warehouses and troubleshooting issues to maintain efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in order management logistics and ERP systems with a strong ability to work independently and ensure accuracy in all processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Receive and review incoming orders ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Enter orders into the ERP system (FileMaker Pro and Lion ERP) maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Verify product availability pricing and shipping details before processing orders.
- Coordinate order approvals ensuring necessary internal signoffs before submission.
2. Warehouse Coordination & Logistics Support
- Route orders to the appropriate warehouse for fulfillment ensuring timely processing.
- Monitor order statuses track shipments and update internal teams on any delays or issues.
- Communicate with warehouse teams to address any fulfillment challenges or discrepancies.
- Work with logistics teams to ensure smooth order routing and minimize disruptions.
3. Data & System Management
- Maintain uptodate and accurate records of all orders shipments and inventory levels in the ERP system.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies to prevent fulfillment errors.
- Run reports and provide order status updates to relevant stakeholders.
4. Issue Resolution & Process Improvement
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies such as incorrect quantities pricing mismatches or shipping errors.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales logistics finance) to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide feedback on process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to optimize workflow.
5. CrossTeam Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales Team to align order details and manage client expectations.
- Support Finance and Accounts Receivable by verifying order invoicing and payment details.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team to track inventory levels and manage product availability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 years of experience in order processing logistics or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure 100% accuracy in order entry and processing.
- Experience with ERP systems (FileMaker Pro and Lion preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and data management tools.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highvolume environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills to quickly resolve orderrelated issues.
- Prior experience in consumer goods retail or ecommerce is a plus.
