Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Ad Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Ad Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the creation of advertising accounts for clients in noncompliant verticals such as casinos sports gambling cannabis and psychedelics. You will oversee various tasks including project management virtual machine setup and usage advertiser verification checks and certification applications. This is a remote position and we are hiring for team members located around the world especially in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the endtoend process of creating advertising accounts for clients following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and documentation required for the account creation process.
  • Set up and configure virtual machines (VMs) to access and manage advertising accounts securely.
  • Perform advertiser verification checks to ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations.
  • Apply for certifications and complete any necessary documentation related to advertising accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for each account creation project.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status to the team lead or project manager.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the account creation process.
  • Stay uptodate with platform policies and industry regulations relevant to the advertising accounts being created.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads etc.
  • Knowledge of advertiser verification processes and requirements is a plus.
  • Knowledge of website domain hosting and server management (cPanel DNS management etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in the advertising industry or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in basic web development (HTML CSS WordPress) is preferred.
  • Basic technical knowledge to use and set up virtual machines (VMs) is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
