Job Title: Marketing & Administrative Assistant
About the role:
We seek a proactive and detailoriented Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting our cofounders' daytoday operations while assisting with marketing and social media tasks. Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist cofounders with email management calendar organization and document preparation.
Handle routine correspondence and communications with clients partners vendors and other stakeholders.
Research various topics as assigned.
Maintain organized digital files and databases.
Perform data entry and data management tasks.
Ensure smooth operation of the business through other administrative duties as needed.
Marketing & Content Creation:
Assist with social media management including content scheduling and posting across LinkedIn and YouTube.
Create digital marketing assets using Canva and other tools.
Help repurpose content for use across different social media platforms.
Assist in creating materials for social media posts including graphic designs and promotional content.
Support email marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Native or bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong process orientation with the ability to accurately follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in productivity tools such as:
Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive etc.).
ClickUp (preferred) or other task management tools.
Slack for team communication.
Canva for graphic design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Availability during EST business hours (8 AM to 6 PM).
A strong work ethic reliability and accountability.
Prior experience in a startup environment or familiarity with the demands of a growing business is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Background or experience in the same industry is highly preferred.
