Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Marketer Meta/Facebook Manager
Location: Remote (Preference for EST or CST Time Zones)
Experience: 5 Years

We’re a fastgrowing dynamic company looking to expand our marketing team with a skilled Social Media Marketer. This is a key role focused on managing Meta/Facebook campaigns to drive measurable results while ensuring compliance with Meta’s guidelines.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a resultsdriven Social Media Marketer with extensive experience managing campaigns through Meta/Facebook Business Manager. This individual must have an indepth understanding of Meta’s branded content tool its limitations and optimization strategies. You’ll manage multiple campaigns simultaneously ensuring they are datadriven organized and compliant while delivering exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Strategize execute and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Business Manager.
  • Branded Content: Leverage Meta’s branded content tool effectively and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Optimization: Continuously analyze performance metrics (CPC CPA ROAS etc.) to refine and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Reporting: Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights for improvement.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on Meta’s policies and ensure all campaigns adhere to the latest rules and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative content and analytics teams to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
  • MultiCampaign Management: Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously maintaining high levels of organization.
  • Troubleshooting: Address campaign issues promptly including ad disapprovals and restrictions to maintain performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 years managing Facebook and Instagram campaigns using Meta Business Manager.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of Meta’s branded content tool ad policies and compliance requirements.
  • Optimization Skills: Proven success in scaling and optimizing paid social campaigns with strong ROI.
  • Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage numerous campaigns and tasks while maintaining precision.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Time Zone Preference: Residing in EST or CST time zones is preferred to align with team schedules.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Meta Analytics Facebook Ads Manager and creative strategy.
  • Experience with tracking tools like Google Analytics or Tag Manager.
  • Background in A/B testing and continuous campaign performance improvements.
  • Experience in ecommerce consumer goods or direct response marketing.
