Job Description

Note:

.This is anONSITEwork.

.Graveyard shift (our clients are in the U.S.)

Qualifications & Skills

At least 1 yearof project coordinatingand/or web development experience in an agency setting

Strong organizational skills to manage many projects with different deadlines

Must have strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

Experience managing technical and/or Digital Marketing projects / website development projects.

Demonstrated experience with WordPress (WooCommerce and Shopify platforms a plus)

Strong communication ability to handle client phone calls chat email and zoom meetings.

Familiar with project management tools and/or software packages.

Ability to work independently and multitask effectively

Strong attention to detail

Willing to work in a nightshift schedule

Here is a glimpse of what youll do:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously tracking and providing consistent and concise progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.

Defining project scope and giving clear instructions to the creative and development team

Use project management tools to help establish and maintain efficient workflows.

Ensure account needs are properly communicated to project teams

Manage workload meet deadlines track hours and pay attention to project details

Manage and review the quality of work to ensure it meets company standards

Manage project tasks and communication with the team and keep projects on budget and ontime

Collaborating with other project managers to ensure adequate staffing across all teams.

Ensure account needs are properly communicated to project teams

Perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure all requirements are met before project turnover to the client.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Starting Salary23000/mo (negotiable basing on your skill set).
