The OD Manager will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and fostering a positive workplace culture within BMC. This role will involve collaborating with HR to implement strategies that promote employee engagement professional development and organizational change.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess organizational needs and develop strategies to improve performance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Design and implement programs for succession planning leadership development team building and change management.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and competencies among staff.
- Maintain organization charts posted which highlight current staff unfilled openings and successors.
- Collaborate with HR to align organizational development initiatives with HR policies and practices.
- Analyze employee feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain performance management systems that support employee growth and accountability.
- Work with department heads to create clear performance metrics and evaluation processes.
- Create and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and assess the work environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies related to organizational development and HR practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in human resources Organizational Development or a related field (master s preferred).
- Proven experience in organizational development and HR management leadership experience is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate training and development programs.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
