Job Description

The OD Manager will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and fostering a positive workplace culture within BMC. This role will involve collaborating with HR to implement strategies that promote employee engagement professional development and organizational change.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess organizational needs and develop strategies to improve performance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Design and implement programs for succession planning leadership development team building and change management.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and competencies among staff.
  • Maintain organization charts posted which highlight current staff unfilled openings and successors.
  • Collaborate with HR to align organizational development initiatives with HR policies and practices.
  • Analyze employee feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain performance management systems that support employee growth and accountability.
  • Work with department heads to create clear performance metrics and evaluation processes.
  • Create and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and assess the work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies related to organizational development and HR practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources Organizational Development or a related field (master s preferred).
  • Proven experience in organizational development and HR management leadership experience is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate training and development programs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Experience with employee engagement tools and surveys.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
