About the Role:
Were seeking a skilled Workers Compensation Attorney based in California to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll be an advocate for insurance carriers thirdparty administrators and selfinsured employers managing a range of responsibilities from case preparation to court appearances. Youll bring your expertise to a collaborative team environment supporting clients and contributing to high standards of service and case outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate on behalf of insurance carriers thirdparty administrators and selfinsured employers.
• Prepare client correspondence and draft pleadings.
• Attend court appearances and manage the case calendar.
• Conduct depositions and crossexaminations of doctors.
• Negotiate settlements and lien claims on workers compensation cases.
• Proactively manage cases and mentor legal assistants.
• Build relationships with clients coworkers and vendors.
• Attend client marketing events and conduct training seminars on case law updates.
• Enter case information and time into Practice Master and billing software.
• Maintain current knowledge of workers compensation case law and statutes.

What You Bring:

• Location: Licensed to practice law and resides in California.
• Education: Law degree from an accredited university.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Workers Compensation law.
• Skills: Strong case management client relations and negotiation skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: $82000 $210000 DOE
• Benefits: Unlimited PTO
• Employment Type: FullTime
• Work Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday
