Our client is currently in search of an Experienced employment attorney with a minimum of 410 years of experience. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Skills & Experience needed:
Must have a wellestablished and exclusive employment litigation defense background
Must have 4 years of employment law defense experience
Trial experience preferred but not required
Experience with public entity defense a plus
Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive
Bachelors and Juris Doctor degrees
Member State Bar of California in good standing
Superior research analytical and negotiating ability
Excellent written and oral communication
Commitment to proactive case management
