Our client is currently in search of an Experienced employment attorney with a minimum of 410 years of experience. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Skills & Experience needed:

• Must have a wellestablished and exclusive employment litigation defense background

• Must have 4 years of employment law defense experience

• Trial experience preferred but not required

• Experience with public entity defense a plus

• Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive

• Bachelors and Juris Doctor degrees

• Member State Bar of California in good standing

• Superior research analytical and negotiating ability

• Excellent written and oral communication

• Commitment to proactive case management
