Job Posting: Production Manager (Dallas)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead field productivity and leadership efforts with a team of field production leaders.
- Develop strategies to enhance team productivity and outline longterm growth plans.
- Communicate vision and direction with confidence while maintaining accountability.
- Oversee and manage multiple concurrent projects (4) with a combined value exceeding $45 million.
Requisitos
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of field experience including direct leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with significant project values.
- Must have experience within the commercial HVAC/plumbing industry with a preference for candidates with experience in the multifamily construction space.
- Ideal candidates may currently hold roles such as General Superintendent Field Operations Manager or Director of Field Operations.

Requisitos o 10+ years of mechanical construction experience required. o Prior experience as a Superintendent or similar function is required. o Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred. o Multi-family experience preferred. o Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications, details and job orders. o Ability to effectively plan, organize, delegate and control the work process. o Strong interpersonal and people skills. o Good written and oral communications skills. o Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach. o Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
