Job Description
Position Overview:
The field service manager will oversee operations manage a skilled team and ensure the branchs success in providing rapid and effective emergency response and restoration services. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on those affected by crises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and effective project execution to meet or exceed service standards and deadlines with a focus on quality.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Ensure adherence to regulations and safety standards while fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
- Implement performance indicators and metrics to monitor and improve project performance through datadriven decisions.
- Represent the organisation at community events and initiatives to enhance its reputation and presence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications :
- Five or more years of experience in emergency response disaster recovery or service industries is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills are required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards is expected.
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities should be demonstrated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software is required.
- Availability for oncall duties is needed.
Physical and Operational Requirements:
- The ability to stand bend kneel reach stoop and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs is necessary.
- Frequent stationary positions and constant computer operation are expected.
- Communication skills are required across various distances and formats.
- A valid drivers licence is necessary.
