We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Intake Manager to lead and optimize the intake process for our law firm clients ensuring a seamless and professional experience for prospective clients.
Position Overview:
The Personal Injury Intake Manager will oversee the client intake process from initial inquiry to case assignment ensuring accuracy efficiency and exceptional service. This role requires a deep understanding of personal injury law strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the intake team to ensure all client inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Develop and implement processes and workflows to optimize the intake process for personal injury cases.
- Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for all prospective client information in case management systems.
- Review and evaluate potential cases to determine eligibility and viability based on established criteria.
- Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to facilitate the seamless transition of new cases.
- Monitor and analyze intake metrics such as conversion rates and response times and implement improvements as needed.
- Train and mentor intake staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Handle escalated client inquiries and ensure all issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
- Stay uptodate on personal injury laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the intake process.
Requirements :
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a personal injury law firm with at least 1 year in an intake or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of personal injury case types and legal terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency in case management systems and CRM tools; experience with specific systems e.g. Clio Litify etc. is a plus.
- Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) is required.
