EV.Careers is currently seeking a fulltime Lead Account Manager for one of our partners a global leader in electric vehicle charging infrastructure. In this position you will report directly to company leadership and lead a team of account managers who drive strategic sales initiatives and market growth for innovative DC fastcharging solutions while building lasting relationships with key industry stakeholders including OEMs Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and system integrators.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for electric vehicle charging solutions focusing on direct sales to OEMs CPOs and facility operators
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with project developers system integrators and engineering firms in the EV charging ecosystem
- Generate and track sales forecasts while implementing strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management engineering and operations to ensure customer success
- Represent the company at industry trade shows customer locations and key industry events
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in the EV charging industry
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales management experience with demonstrated yearoveryear revenue growth
- At least 1 year of experience in DC Fast Charging or related technical solution sales
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse audiences
- Proven track record in negotiating commercial agreements and responding to RFPs/RFIs
- Deep understanding of the North American EV market and charging infrastructure landscape
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify and pursue opportunities in a dynamic market
