We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our HR Team. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle to meet the staffing needs of the company. This includes sourcing screening and recommending candidates for all positions as well as ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels including job boards social media networking events and referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications experience and fit with the company culture.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Write compelling job descriptions and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as needed.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics such as timetofill and quality of hire to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
