- Provide creative leadership direction and vision to the inhouse agency to ensure consistent highquality and onbrand output.
- Oversee the development & execution of creative projects including concepts ideation design copywriting production & delivery of integrated marketing campaigns promotional materials digital content and other brand assets
- Lead the creative process from concept to completion working closely with our inhouse team and external partners to develop compelling creative solutions across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and business unit leaders to develop and execute creative strategies that drive brand awareness engagement and business results in our gaming hotel f&b and retails sectors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with crossfunctional teams including brand marketing public relations digital marketing entertainment and the larger aspects of Operational teams to effectively support their creative needs and provide seamless project execution.
- Inspire lead and mentor a diverse creative team fostering a culture of innovation excellence and continuous learning
- Evaluate and manage the performance of Marketing Services ensuring continuous improvement professional growth and high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and new opportunities in the creative space integrating them into our creative strategies as approproate.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Markting or related field
