LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS WHO ARE PHILIPPINESBASED CANDIDATES


Position : Operations & Executive Support Manager

Working Schedule : 8AM5PM EST. Schedule can be flexible with a 2 hour overlap. (Discretion of client final approval.)

Holiday: To be discussed

Salary Range : $1000$1500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized proactive and strategic Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to join our team. This hybrid role (80% Operations Manager 20% Executive Assistant) is crucial for streamlining our processes and establishing smooth daytoday operations. You will work closely with executives to maintain organizational structure tackle operational bottlenecks and create efficient systems that support longterm growth. This role will act as the “glue” that keeps various elements of the business aligned effective and forwardmoving.

Responsibilities

Operations Management (80%)

  • Process Development & Implementation: Identify establish and refine operational workflows to improve efficiency and address ongoing bottlenecks. Particularly in sales funnels social media publication publication/materials development and more.
  • Systems Optimization: Build scalable systems to support operational growth and evolution. Experience with Google Suite Notion CRMs etc.

Executive Support (20%)

  • Administrative Support: Manage financial legal and calendarrelated tasks ensuring smooth handling of daytoday administrative needs.
  • Communication & FollowUp: Respond to inbound inquiries maintain effective communication and follow up with team members and external partners as needed.
  • Calendar & Scheduling Management: Organize and manage executive calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.

  • Adaptable & Strategic: Capable of pivoting quickly setting up structures in a fastevolving environment and aligning shortterm tasks with longterm goals.

Requirements

  • 2 years of proven experience in operations management administrative support or a similar role.
  • College degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of the degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize workflows and processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with calendar communication and project management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail proactive mindset and ability to multitask.
