Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize daytoday ecommerce operations including product listings inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Capture edit and enhance product photos and videos for use on websites and social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing sales and customer support) to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues related to the ecommerce platform ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and tools to enhance the ecommerce experience.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies or platforms to streamline operations and improve scalability.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth business operations.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on ecommerce performance challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ecommerce operations preferably in a remote or global setting.
- Strong expertise in Shopify including managing product listings themes and apps.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools for creating highquality product visuals.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and customer experience optimization is a plus.
