As an Account Manager you ll be the linchpin in our client s operation bridging the gap between innovative marketing strategies and client success. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients building and maintaining strong longlasting relationships
- Translate client requests and business objectives into comprehensive resultsdriven marketing strategies
- Oversee the execution of multiple marketing projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality
- Effectively communicate campaign performance ROI and strategic recommendations to clients
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including SEO specialists PPC experts and content creators to deliver integrated marketing solutions
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and contribute to the agency s growth
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies incorporating new strategies to continually improve client results
- Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular client meetings and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and strategy
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a similar role within a digital marketing agency preferred
- Exceptional English communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of Google Ads Facebook advertising SEO and web design principles
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Proactive problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field; relevant certifications (Google Ads Facebook Blueprint etc.) are a plus
