Job Description
We re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence and drive meaningful engagement across our social channels. In this role you ll be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts crafting compelling content managing our social media accounts and developing innovative strategies to increase our online visibility and generate leads. You ll have the exciting opportunity to work with a variety of platforms including Facebook and LinkedIn with plans to expand to Twitter and TikTok. This position offers a unique blend of creativity and analytics allowing you to showcase your content creation skills while also diving into datadriven decisionmaking to optimize our social media performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business goals
- Create and curate engaging content for Facebook and LinkedIn with future expansion to Twitter and TikTok
- Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms
- Design and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports adjusting strategies as needed
- Engage with our online community responding to inquiries and fostering meaningful interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop email marketing campaigns that complement our social media efforts
- Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends best practices and platform updates
- Organize and repurpose existing content to maximize its reach and impact across different channels
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers and partners to expand our social media reach
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation preferably in the B2B or logistics sector
- Strong understanding of Facebook and LinkedIn algorithms best practices and advertising platforms
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
- Creative mindset with a knack for producing visually appealing and engaging content
- Experience in developing and implementing successful lead generation strategies through social media
- Familiarity with email marketing concepts and how they integrate with social media campaigns
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and how social media can support overall SEO efforts
- Proficiency in social media management tools analytics platforms and content creation software
- Ability to work independently manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of emerging platforms like TikTok and ability to strategize for future expansion
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field preferred but not required if matched with relevant experience
