Role We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team and work directly with the CEO to help organize execute and scale projects.
This role offers creative freedom to identify opportunities for improvement propose new initiatives and take the lead on impactful projects. While initial work will focus on assisting with key ongoing efforts this is a dynamic role with room to grow and innovate.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO to roadmap and prioritize projects that drive business growth.
Take ownership of ongoing projects including:
Improving the vendor dashboard to enhance user experience.
Enhancing our CRM to streamline client and vendor interactions.
Scoping requirements for new financial calculators for our developer to build.
Identify and propose new opportunities for improvement across the platform and operations. Maintain a clear and organized record of project timelines deliverables and updates.
What We’re Looking For Experience:
Previous experience in project management preferably within startups or small teams. Experience with marketplaces or lead generation platforms is a bonus.
Skills:
Strong organizational problemsolving and communication skills.
Familiarity with tools like Airtable Bubble or HubSpot is a plus.
Mindset:
Collaborative futurethinking and selfmotivated.
