Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive (2 Positions)
Location: Nairobi
Job Type: FullTime

Industry: FastMoving Consumer Goods (FMCG)

Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executives with 35 years of experience in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of driving sales growth developing strong client relationships and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication ss a deep understanding of the FMCG market and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within the igned territory.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients distributors and retailers.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients ensuring profitability and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts reports and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional postsales service addressing customer queries and ensuring retention.
  • Manage and expand the existing customer base to maximize revenue growth.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of products services and the overall FMCG market.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG market and distribution channels.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation ss.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management ss.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel within the igned territory as required.
