Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executives with 35 years of experience in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of driving sales growth developing strong client relationships and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication ss a deep understanding of the FMCG market and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within the igned territory.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients distributors and retailers.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients ensuring profitability and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts reports and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional postsales service addressing customer queries and ensuring retention.
- Manage and expand the existing customer base to maximize revenue growth.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of products services and the overall FMCG market.

- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG market and distribution channels.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management ss.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel within the igned territory as required.
