The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for:
1. Sales Pipeline Management: Development and management of a robust sales pipeline tracking leads from initial contact through conversion
2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies aligned with overall business objectives
3. Market ysis: Conduct thorough market ysis to identify trends opportunities and potential threats
4. Portfolio Management Growth and Expansion Grow the client portfolio size by acquiring new and deepening existing customer relationships.
5. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports summarizing individual and team activity contributing to effective decisionmaking.
6. Creating positive longlasting relationships with current and potential clients
7. Managing and developing longterm relationships with clients negotiating contracts and providing excellent customer service.
8. Conducting market research identifying new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Proven track record of success in B2B sales specifically within the service/consultancy industry with minimum experience of (Five) 5 years.
Experience selling software or digital platform an added advantage
Strong presentation ss with the ability to convey complex concepts simply
ytical and strategic thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal ss
Ability to decide and initiate action independently.
Business Aen: Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients
Proficiency in using Zoho CRM software.
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
Experience in the fintech financial banking HR or insurance industry is a plus
