Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to support business growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries concerns and feedback.
- Oversee client onboarding processes and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitors.
- Represent the company at networking events conferences and industry functions.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with client needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize strategies.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications Experience & Competences.
- Diploma in Marketing Communications or Business Studies from a recognized institution.
- Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) from the College of Insurance is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or client relationship management preferably in the insurance sector.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details.
- A professional honest selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
- Innovative and future thinking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint etc.).
- References from the insurance industry will be required.

Salary Budget: 30K Gross
