We are seeking a talented and pionate Recruiter istant to join our team. you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition process by identifying and engaging potential candidates for a variety of job positions. Your exceptional communication ss keen attention to detail and pion for discovering the right talent will contribute significantly to our teams success.
What your day will look like:
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who align with job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screening interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.
- Initiate phone calls to potential candidates to introduce them to job opportunities and gauge their interest.
- Schedule and coordinate screening interviews with qualified candidates ensuring they align with our companys needs.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates recruiters and hiring managers.
- Participate in recruitment events job fairs and networking activities.
- Provide a brief overview of the company job roles and expectations during initial phone conversations.
- Uphold a positive and professional company image during candidate interactions.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience of at least 1 year (internship experience will be considered) or a strong desire to learn and excel in the recruitment field.
- Demonstrated ability to make a minimum of 80 calls per day to potential candidates.
- Excellent communication ss both written and verbal.
- Polite engaging and professional phone demeanor.
- Pleasant and engaging phone communication style.
- Peoplecentric mindset with exceptional interpersonal ss.
- Pion for the recruitment process and identifying toptier candidates or enthusiasm to learn about candidate profiles and potential.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Desire to contribute to our companys growth by ensuring we bring in the bestfit candidates.

Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter). Previous Experience in Hiring for Creative Roles. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.) Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.) Ability to organize ss essment centers (in-tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) Hands-on experience with recruiting software Excellent communication and interpersonal ss Strong decision-making ss English and Ukraine speaker BS/MS in Human Resources Management
