• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who align with job requirements.
  
• Conduct initial phone screening interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.
  
• Initiate phone calls to potential candidates to introduce them to job opportunities and gauge their interest.
  
• Schedule and coordinate screening interviews with qualified candidates ensuring they align with our companys needs.
  
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates recruiters and hiring managers.
  
• Participate in recruitment events job fairs and networking activities.
  
• Provide a brief overview of the company job roles and expectations during initial phone conversations.
  
• Uphold a positive and professional company image during candidate interactions.
  

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience of at least 1 year (internship experience will be considered) or a strong desire to learn and excel in the recruitment field.
  
• Demonstrated ability to make a minimum of 80 calls per day to potential candidates.
  
• Excellent communication ss both written and verbal.
  
• Polite engaging and professional phone demeanor.
  
• Pleasant and engaging phone communication style.
  
• Peoplecentric mindset with exceptional interpersonal ss.
  
• Pion for the recruitment process and identifying toptier candidates or enthusiasm to learn about candidate profiles and potential.
  
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools is a plus.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
