Job Title: Tele Caller Demand Generation
Department: Client Relationship Management
Location: New Alipore Kolkata
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome
Qualification: Minimum Graduation (Schooling from ICSE or CBSE background)
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and resultoriented Tele Callers to join our Client Relationship Management team. As part of the Demand Generation team you will play a critical role in driving our business growth by generating leads building relationships with potential clients and supporting the overall sales process. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our services/products.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and generate interest.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Follow up with leads through calls emails and other channels to nurture relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual lead generation targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to communicate effectively with clients.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation degree.
- Communication Ss Excellent
- Must have own laptop (8GB and above RAM) to work with latest configurations.
- Must have 24/7 5G network connectivity at home.
- Must be ready to work from office for 2 days in every week from New Alipore Office.
- Must be flexible with working hours
What We Offer:
- Salary: Max 2 lpa
- Shift: General (Candidate must be flexible to work as per process requirements)
- 2nd and 4th Saturdays & Sundays are off
