Job Description

Job Summary:

The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our car wash franchise network across India. This role involves identifying potential franchisees managing the sales process from initial contact to final agreement and providing ongoing support to ensure the success of our franchise partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise sales excellent communication ss and a deep understanding of the car wash industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and engage potential franchisees through various channels including online platforms trade shows and networking events.

Conduct market research to identify new markets and opportunities for franchise expansion.

2. Sales Process Management:

Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline ensuring timely followup and effective communication with prospects.

Conduct initial meetings presentations and discovery sessions with potential franchisees to understand their needs and present our franchise opportunity.

3. Negotiation and Agreement:

Negotiate franchise agreements ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.

Work closely with legal and finance teams to facilitate the signing of franchise agreements.

4. Onboarding and Training:

Coordinate with the training team to ensure new franchisees receive comprehensive training on our systems processes and standards.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to new franchisees during the initial setup phase.

5. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to foster a collaborative and supportive network.

Address any concerns or issues raised by franchisees promptly and effectively.

6. Performance Monitoring:

Monitor franchise performance and provide feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to brand standards.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance franchisee satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise sales preferably in the car wash or automotive industry.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of the franchise business model

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal ss.

Ability to travel extensively within India as required.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
