- Tele Counselling & On table Counselling.
- Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service
- FollowUp with the prospective leads.
- Managing the trainings batches and reviewing performance of the trainer in daily basis
- Setting up Walk In for the prospective leads.
- Presenting Courses/ service demonstrations to the walk In leads
- Elishing new leads.
- Sales reporting and reviewing performance
- Negotiating fees to arrive at the best deal for the prospective leads and organization both
- Working towards achieving the sales target
- Conduct market research to evaluate gaps opportunities and alien needs
- Seek new opportunities through networking cold calling and social media channels
- Collaborate within teams to achieve better results
- Take feedback from students and share it with support teams
Requirements
