Job Description

As an Admission Counselor at Cyboard School you will play a crucial role in supporting the
growth and success of our school. We are looking for Admission Counsellors for our School Admissions (Sales) Team. The incumbent will be responsible for bringing in admissions to the school via outbound calling for counselling parents who have shown any interest in the school through our website or any other medium.
Responsibilities
Counselling potential parents on their kids education path.
Owning the sales life cycle: includes outbound tele calling live demonstration sales closure and admission operations
Explaining the program offering to the prospective parents
Taking prospective parents to the journey of admission till the time they are onboarded
Handling admission operations

Requirements
A quick learner confident and high on energy
Someone with great communication and coordination skills empathetic and convincing traits
Has analytical thinking problemsolving capabilities
Knowledge of working with data using excel or google sheets
Someone with proven performance in telesales comfortable in high ticketsize sales
Great Listener
Qualifications:
Undergraduate or Graduate degree.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Goaloriented and selfmotivated with a commitment to contributing to the achievement of
sales targets.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
