Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 60 calls per day to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule meetings.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the companys services/products.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
- Maintain an organized record of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently pursue success.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- 03 years of experience in sales telemarketing or business development (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
- Ability to handle pressure multitask and meet daily activity targets.
- Resilience and a positive attitude toward feedback and rejection.
